BILL LENTZ

After earning degrees at Albright College in Reading, PA, and Duke University in Durham, NC, Bill embarked on a 36-year vocation as a United Methodist pastor serving predominantly large membership churches in eastern Pennsylvania before retiring in 2022 to devote more time to C-Link.

 

While in the ministry, Bill found doors opening to learn about and have experience with  “people systems” and how those systems either help or hinder a person, group, or organization from achieving

their goals and fulfilling their mission.

 

Bill brings his knowledge and experience to businesses that want to improve their culture and employee and leadership performance through C-Link. Bill coaches individuals and groups in change, emotional intelligence, employee engagement, retention, and talent development. Bill coaches C Suite leaders, executives, managers, and employees to use vital personal and professional skills to succeed.

 

Bill lives in Bethlehem with his wife Kathy. They are proud parents of three children and five grandchildren.

They enjoy travel, food, and gardens.
